Dr Sajeev Nair is the Senior Vice President and Head of Learning and development at Reliance Industries Limited, Mumbai He possess more than 30 years of International and national experience from well reputed global organizations. Earlier, he has served the US based oil and gas service company as Corporate Senior Training and Development Manager. He was responsible for the employee training and talent development activities of the company’s entire Eastern Hemisphere locations.

Dr. Sajeev was serving as Senior Corporate L&D Advisor ( Training and Competence Development) in Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Limited.

Dr Nair’s diverse areas of expertise comprising of vast areas such as Engineering Management, Operations Management, Project Management, HSE (Health Safety Environment) Management, Training and organizational Management, development of various blended learning and development for employee development, Graduates Development Program, Graduates curriculum development and module development as per business and organization requirements, Development of Mentors and coach from various functions and departments.

He is an expert in Development of validation and assessment strategies for graduates career progression, Development of Employee competency assessment & assurance program and its implementation, Development of various JCP (Job Competency Profiles) in the organization, Implementation of robust competency assessment and competency verification in the organization, Learning gap generation, filling up the learning gaps through blended learning methods and much more.

Dr Sajeev Nair had his PhD in Engineering Science and qualified as Graduate Electrical Engineer, Chartered Engineer, Life time Member and Fellow of Institution of Engineers, Life Member of National Safety Council, Lead IMS auditor with additional International Qualifications in Learning and Competency. He is an Assessor and Verifier from Edexcel-UK and has other post graduate qualifications including Human Resources Management.
