Mangala Menon believes life is a continuous learning process and there is always a scope for improvement for everyone.

She was an introvert till she had the good fortune to complete a certification course in Personality & Human Values during her graduation changed her outlook towards life! Suddenly all the cobwebs that were in her mind were set free and she could envisage a clearer picture of her life taking a plunge forward.

From her earlier MNC days, she found the job of getting back to a career a bit tough – she began her stint as a teacher and found the profession quite noble but thankless!

The world of education had changed to a money making business and the teachers were more interested in taking care of their comforts while the students were all left with endless question marks on their innocent faces.

That is when she had a chance to meet our President Mr. Jeevan Konikkara and has been associated with World Genius Council since then, in his various endeavors.

She feels the present generation of children is born with exceptional genes that make them ask a lot of questions that the earlier generation never even thought of. They also have the ability to grasp things faster. Nevertheless, they do not have the resources to quench their inquisitiveness and that is where WGC can come to their aid.

She believes life is a continuous learning process and there is always a scope for improvement for everyone. Therefore parents of these children can also better their lives by getting actively involved in their children’s activities.

Mangala Menon plays a key role in the Assessment & Accountability Division (AAD) too.
