Mrs. Megha Tendulkar, is a practicing psychotherapist, working independently in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai for last eight years; dealing with mentally challenged patients, learning disorder patients, conduct disorder patients, anxiety disorder patients and with couples for pre-marital and marital problems.

She has worked with teenage students of almost ten years by applying various psychosocial theories. She has conducted lectures on Soft Skills for the post-graduate students of Pharmacy. She has conducted training in areas such as customer care, soft skills, post-retirement, supervision, rational emotive therapy and parenting to various Govt. organisations and leading companies in the private sector.

Earlier, she has was with Muskan, a project on mental health by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and handled supervision of Field work students at junior and senior level of M. A programme and handled different patients having autism, learning disorder, conduct disorder. She is also a trainer of teachers on mental health.

She conducted lectures for students of M.A. at the SNDT Women’s University on parenting. She supervised students of MSW at the junior and senior level of SNDT Women’s University. She worked as a senior social worker at the TISS Social Services Centre on welfare programmes for the children of faculty, administrative and service staff.

She worked as Deputy Community Development Officer on the Slum Development Scheme under the World Bank Project with MHADA. She was associated with CASP-PLAN Project in Mumbai as a family and community social worker.
